Saturday, April 28th at 1:00 P.M. – “Getting Hired, Getting Fired, Selling Up, Selling Out”
The AIAPM kicks off their anesthesia practice management session with Daniel and Jack presenting, “Getting Hired, Getting Fired, Selling Up, Selling Out.” Daniel and Jack will set the stage for how the anesthesia marketplace has gotten to where it is today. Next, they will share three frame of minds commonly found among anesthesia practices. Followed by unique insights that will provide strategies for each frame of mind that individual anesthesia providers and small to mega-sized practices can take to better understand how to navigate the complex anesthesia marketplace.
